The inside of the tunnel is bare digging, scary, or rather creepy atmosphere.
After passing the tunnel, you will find the remains of the platform at the site of Mikawa Okusa Station.
Surrounded by greenery, I was able to enjoy Ghibli-style scenery (* ^ ^ *)

There was no parking lot, but there was a space that seemed to be parked a little in front of the tunnel, so I stopped.

三河大草駅跡は豊橋鉄道田口線の廃駅ですが、当時の面影を残す朽ちたオルガンやベンチが今もひっそりと佇んでいます。駅跡に足を踏み入れると、苔むしたホームの石造りが歴史を感じさせてくれました。手掘りのトンネルはそのまま残り、不気味さと同時にどこか懐かしい雰囲気も味わえます。 かつての三河大草駅は小さな集落の拠点で、地域の人々の生活を支えていました。特に朽ちたオルガンベンチは、多くの人の思い出が詰まった場所でしょう。訪れる際は、駅周辺は自然に囲まれているため虫除けスプレーや歩きやすい靴があった方が快適です。 アクセスはやや不便で駐車場はありませんが、トンネルの近くに車を停められるスペースがあります。近隣の自然散策と合わせて、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせるので、写真撮影や歴史散歩が好きな方におすすめです。 三河大草駅跡は単なる廃駅以上の価値があり、当時の風景や人々の生活に思いを馳せることができる隠れたスポットです。訪れる際は静かに歩き、自然と歴史が織りなす空間をじっくり味わってみてください。
