Ube cupcake 💜🧁

PS:I didn’t put any frosting I preferred it that way!

Ube Cupcakes:

2 Leggs

100g white sugar (1/2 cup)

125ml canola oil (1/2 cup)

250g ube jam/halaya (1 cup)

2-3 tsp ube extract

113g cake or all-purpose flour (1 cup)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Bake at a 170c preheated oven for 20-25minutes.

Then let it cool.
