Mike here, and as an ADHD coder and software engineer, I dibble dabble in a little bit of everything. Coding is hard! But I also bring my own challenges, such as my ADHD. But it also provides some benefits that help keep me balanced on the scale!

Moreover, setting achievable goals and breaking tasks into smaller segments can provide a sense of accomplishment and keep you motivated throughout your coding journey. Don't forget the importance of regular physical activity and proper nutrition, which can enhance cognitive function and help manage ADHD symptoms. Remember, every coder has their own unique styles and preferences; finding what works best for you can transform your coding experience and lead to greater success.
