#1 Piece of Nutrition Advice

ADD DON’T SUBTRACT!!! That’s the advice!

Rather than restricting ourselves when we’re brand new to nutritional changes, just add in something nutrient dense.

Having a cookie for a snack? Pair it with a yogurt.

Want some chips? Pair it with an apple.

Want that fast food burger for supper? Pair it with a side salad.

Rather than avoiding and restricting ourselves from foods we’ve always eaten at the start of our journey just add something more nutrient dense to the plate!
