同じように「化粧しても変わらない…」「すっぴんと変わらない特徴が知りたい」って悩んでた時期がありました。結論、メイクの“濃さ”よりも「顔全体のメリハリ」と「整って見える要素」が足りてないことが多いです。ここでは記事の5項目にプラスして、私が特に効いた“追加チェック”をまとめます（メイク初心者の9割がつまずくところ…！）。 1) 仕上がりが薄い原因＝ツールと量 ファンデや下地を塗ってるのに変化が出ないとき、量が少なすぎるか、指塗りでムラになってることが多いです。私はスポンジで「叩き込む」ように馴染ませたら一気に均一感が出ました。ポイントは、最初に頬の高いところ→外側へ広げて、最後にスポンジの残りで額・鼻・あごを薄く仕上げること。 2) すっぴん見えを加速させる“眉の色” 眉の輪郭を取っても、髪色と眉色がちぐはぐだと一気に素朴見えします。私の場合、黒髪でも眉マスカラをほんのり使って「ふわっと」させた方が垢抜けました。眉尻だけはペンシルで細く、眉頭はパウダーでぼかすと自然に“メイクしてる感”が出ます。 3) 目元は「まつ毛」があるだけで別人 アイシャドウやアイラインを頑張っても、まつ毛が下がってると変化が弱いです。ビューラーを根元から3段階で上げて、マスカラは毛先より根元中心に。時間がない日は、インライン＋上向きまつ毛だけでも「すっぴんと変わらない」を抜けやすいです。 4) 立体感は“影”より先に“光” ノーズシャドウやシェーディングが苦手な初心者さんは、先にハイライトを足すのが簡単でした。鼻筋全部に入れるより、鼻根（目と目の間）と鼻先にちょん、頬骨の高い位置に薄くでOK。陰影が自然に見えて、薄メイクでも変わります。 5) 血色感はチークの位置で決まる 血色がないと「結局すっぴん？」に見えがち。私は頬の中央に丸く入れるより、黒目の外側あたりからこめかみに向かってふわっと入れた方が大人っぽく見えました。リップは“元の唇より少しだけ濃い色”を選ぶと、やりすぎずにちゃんと盛れます。 最後に、写真で見返すのが一番早いです。メイク後に自然光で1枚撮って、色ムラ・眉の輪郭・陰影・インライン・血色感の5つ（チェックしてね！）を確認すると、どこが「化粧しても変わらない原因」か見つけやすくなりました。
