I believe that adding lemon to meals not only enhances flavor but also provides a significant boost to your immune system. To finish off the day, I indulged in a refreshing dessert made with real fruit juice, offering a guilt-free treat while keeping hydration in check. This combination of hearty and light meals can contribute significantly to anyone's meal prep and health journey, especially when aiming for weight loss and overall wellness.
