Living with autism, PTSD, and epilepsy presents daily challenges, but it also offers unique perspectives that shape my creativity and resilience. As someone who experiences panic attacks easily, I find solace in quiet environments where I can recharge and focus on my passions like music and drawing anime-inspired characters. Writing my own lyrics and doing karaoke are not only fun hobbies but also therapeutic ways to express my emotions. My love for K-pop, being an XO and Arianator, brings a sense of community and joy. It’s amazing how music can connect people and provide comfort during tough times. Trying out different hairstyles and makeup styles is another creative outlet that lets me explore and express myself visually. Dogs, especially Dobermans, hold a special place in my heart. Their loyalty and energy amaze me, and I always enjoy spending time with animals, which helps reduce stress. Embracing vulnerability is a powerful journey. Sharing my story openly is part of healing and connecting with others who might face similar struggles. Being honest about my experiences with neurodiversity and mental health encourages empathy and breaks down stigma. It reminds me that everyone has their own battles but also their strengths and passions worth celebrating. I hope my journey inspires others to embrace their true selves, find joy in creativity, and know they are not alone on this path.
