Deep-fried bitter melon
《 Materials 》
・ 1 bitter melon
Pork belly 150g
Rice flour or wheat flour
· Water tablespoon 3
・ Salt and pepper
・ Appropriate amount of potato starch
・ Appropriate amount of frying oil
· Ponzu soy sauce appropriate amount
《 How to make 》
① Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise and remove the cotton and seeds.
② Cut the bitter melon into 2-3 mm width and rub with salt. Add water once, lightly drain the salt, squeeze it by hand and drain the water well.
Cut the pork into 2 cm pieces.
④ Put bitter melon, pork belly, salt and pepper, rice flour and water in a bowl and mix well.
⑤ Roll it into a size that is easy to eat and coat it with potato starch just before frying.
⑥ Enjoy it with ponzu soy sauce.
