Main ingredients:
Vegetable: tofu, eggplant, bitter melon, tomato, pepper
Filling: minced pork, minced shrimp ( more shrimp)
Salt, pepper to taste, sesame oil, MSG, chicken powder seasoning, shallot, garlic, soy sauce.
Making sauce for braising :
Oil to fry
Garlic, shallot, black bean garlic sauce, whole fermented soy bean. Chilies in oil ( optional) sugar and water or stock.
Corn starch to thicken the sauce ( optional)
