My Ideal University Morning Routine ☕️
I love a balanced morning routine before going to lectures and long study days at the library!
So I thought I'd share with you what my ideal morning routines at university looked like 🤫
I still implement this routine into my work days, but I love waking up 1-2 hours before I need to leave the house, to have enough time to get ready, go over my calendar and make a to-do list for the day in Notion, as well as finish up any last minute tasks!

A well-structured morning routine can significantly impact your academic performance and overall well-being. Waking up 1-2 hours before classes gives you ample time to prepare mentally and physically for the day. Start your morning with mindfulness or light exercise to wake your body up. Next, review your calendar to prioritize tasks for the day, helping you stay organized and focused. Using tools like Notion can streamline your planning process, ensuring you remember important deadlines and assignments. Additionally, consider incorporating a quick review session of the previous day's material to reinforce learning and prep your brain for new topics. Snacks and hydration should not be overlooked; making sure to have water and a healthy breakfast can fuel your mind and body for the day ahead. Implementing this routine consistently can lead to improved time management skills and a reduction in stress levels, letting you make the most of your time at university. Remember, finding a routine that works for you is key; adjust the elements to fit your needs and preferences. Don’t forget to share your experiences in the comments!
