Sometimes you need a quick immunity boost! 💪🏽

This 4-ingredient homemade immunity shot recipe is my go-to when I’m feeling under the weather. I use:

✨ lemon

✨ orange

✨ ginger

✨ honey

All 4 of these ingredients are natural antioxidants and help with inflammation, as well as energy. If you like more of a kick, you can also add cayenne pepper! 🌶️

You can make this in a blender or a juicer 🙌🏽
