In my personal experience, I've found that staying neutral when others have a problem with someone can save a lot of unnecessary stress and conflict. Often, when you hear a story about a disagreement or issue involving friends, family, or coworkers, it's only one side of the picture. Taking a step back and not jumping to conclusions helps maintain peace and avoids getting dragged into drama that doesn't concern you. For example, I once had a coworker who shared negative views about another colleague. Instead of immediately believing the story, I chose to observe interactions directly and keep an open mind. This approach not only helped me avoid misunderstandings but also allowed me to build independent relationships without bias.
