私もワーママとして働きながら子育てをしている中で、周囲の声に悩んだことが何度もありました。時短勤務は“職場に迷惑”と言われ、フルタイム勤務は“子どもに負担”と感じる人もいました。専業主婦は“楽している”と言われることもありますよね。 そんな批判の声に押しつぶされそうになりますが、実際はどの生き方も母親としての正解ではなく、個々が自分の幸せを見つけることこそが大切だと感じます。私の場合は、子育てと仕事のバランスを大事にしながらも、自分の気持ちを優先する時間を少しずつ増やすようにしています。 また、世間の固定観念に振り回されず、「母親はこうあるべき」という枠から自分を解放することで、精神的にも楽になりました。皆さんもどうか自分の価値観を大切にしてください。母親だって人間。自分の幸せを諦める必要はありません。共感できたらぜひコメントであなたの本音も聞かせてくださいね。
