Try out this simple delicious potato & ground beef bowl
Includes
Fried potatoes
Peel and dice the poached in a small size then fry them and set it aside.
Ground beef
Put Ground beef in a pan
Season it with( lime juice , salt , pepper, ginger and garlic powder) cook it till it’s well done.
Add tomatoes sauce & little bit water then cover it for about 10-15min after fully cooked set it aside
Tomato salad
In a bowl
Dice tomato
Dice red onion
Dice green bell pepper
squeeze Lime juice on the mix
Add salt & paper for taste
Avocado
Peel avocado
Mash it with lime juice, salt & paper
Final
Assemble everything in one bowl or plate
Starting with potato, ground beef, tomato salad and avocado and enjoy.
Note :you can add cheese , sour cream and any dressing of your choice if you like it loaded.
