On day 2 of exploring Jeju Island, I found the variety of natural landscapes truly captivating. My favorite stop was the Jusangjeolli Cliff—a dramatic lava column formation that offers stunning ocean views and is a great spot for photography enthusiasts. The Yongmeori Coast impressed me with its rocky shoreline and unique geological features, perfect for a refreshing coastal walk. Besides nature, Sanbangsan Mountain provided a serene hiking trail combined with cultural significance, enhancing the overall experience. I also enjoyed visiting Sosaek Cheon, a lesser-known spot that felt like a peaceful retreat away from the tourist crowds. One highlight for food lovers was stopping at BHC Chicken in Seogwi Central to savor some local Korean fried chicken—a perfect way to refuel after a day of sightseeing. For those planning a trip to Jeju, including these locations offers a balanced mix of sightseeing, hiking, and local cuisine. The Songaksan Mountain Trail is accessible and not overly strenuous, making it suitable even for casual hikers. With such diverse attractions, day 2 really helped me appreciate the rich natural beauty and cultural charm of Jeju. I recommend starting early to cover all these spots comfortably and take advantage of the daylight. Don’t forget to bring comfortable shoes and a camera to capture the breathtaking views!
