Dormitory VS Rental House Student Style | 🏠✨

Many people have to come out alone.

And one of the big questions that always follows is

"Do you want a dormitory or a good rental house?"

🏢 Dormitory: Near the moth, easy to walk, suitable for people like order.

🌸 The advantages of staying in the dorm.

1. Very convenient - Most of the tower is near the moth. Near the restaurant. A few minutes walk.

2. Safer - CCTV / Maid / Security System

3. No need to take care of anything - water, electricity, total or unit charge is handled.

4. Fits People Alone - Compact Room, Easy to Clean, Comfortable

💭. Downside of the dorm.

1. Little space - if there are a lot of things, will feel uncomfortable.

2.Easy Noise - Hear the next room friends, turn on the music / talk on the phone.

3.Not very decorative - mainly do not penetrate permanent wall / stick

4.Less privacy - Maybe friends visit often. Or have to share a laundry area.

🏡 Hometown: More free, more suitable for internship or multi-person.

🌼 The advantages of living in a rental home.

1.Lots of space - living room, kitchen or private balcony

2. More personal - no stranger next to each other

3. Live in many people - suitable to share with friends. Help each other take care

4. Can decorate the room as you please - want to arrange the working corner, reading corner is fully done

💭 Disadvantages of rental housing

1. Higher Costs - Fire, Water, Separate, Self-Pay, Some Required Waste, Central Charge

2. Need to take care of yourself - clean / handle / fix yourself

3. May be far from the moth or office - must have a car or rely on transportation

4. Safety depends on the area - need to check the location well

🌿 Based on my experience,

"The dormitory fits the school period - convenient, comfortable, easy to take care of.

Rental housing fits the internship - freer, more like a real world. "

Finally, the choice of address does not have a single answer.

Just being "fit for life then" and "comfortable with the choice" is enough. 💛
