So I want to know what’s your go-to “I’m just too damn tired to cook” meal?

Mine changes depending on the level of exhaustion. Sometimes it’s cereal and almond milk. Other times it may be fried eggs and toast if I can muster the energy to heat the pan and flip the eggs. And we can’t forget the classic: whatever can be microwaved in under 3 minutes.🏆
