「動画を流しながら動画撮影 iPhone」で探してる人、多いと思うんだけど、結論から言うと“iPhone標準カメラだけ”で「再生中の動画を流しながら、同時に別の動画を撮影」はかなり制限が多いです。アプリを切り替えると再生が止まったり、音声が入らなかったりして、思った通りに撮れないことが多いんだよね。 私がまずやるのは、目的を2つに分けること。 1) 参考用に動画を流しながら自分の動きを撮りたい（ダンス・メイク・商品紹介など） 2) インスタ投稿で「縦横が混在して崩れる」のを避けたい（リール/ストーリーズ/YouTubeで同じ素材を使いたい） 1)の“流しながら撮影”は、音をどうしたいかで変わります。流してる音も一緒に収録したいなら、画面録画を使って「再生＋自分の画面」を残す方法が手軽。ただ、カメラ映像を高画質で撮る目的には向きにくいです。逆に「参考として流すだけ」で音は要らないなら、イヤホンで再生して、別の端末（iPadや予備スマホ）で流すのが一番安定でした。 2)の「インスタ 縦横 混在 できない 動画」問題は、投稿前の“サイズ設計”でほぼ解決できます。私が便利だと思ったのが、1回の撮影から縦と横を同時に書き出せるReFrameみたいなアプリ。リール用の9:16と、YouTube用の16:9をまとめて作れるから、素材管理が一気にラクになります。 使うときのコツは3つ。 ・最初から「被写体を中央寄り」に置く（縦横両方で切れても破綻しにくい） ・文字入れするなら“端”に寄せすぎない（9:16で安全域が狭い） ・画質が微妙に感じたら、設定→Exportで4K（Full Resolution）に上げてから書き出す 縦横を別撮りしてた頃より、旅行・推し活・子どもやペットの一瞬が「あとで見返す用」と「SNS用」で同時に作れて、時短効果がかなり大きかったです。
