... Read moreOMG, you guys, if you haven't tried Trader Joe's Steamed Pork & Ginger Soup Dumplings yet, you are seriously missing out! I picked up a box this week, and they are an absolute game-changer for a quick and delicious meal. I usually just pop them in the microwave for a few minutes, or if I have a little more time, steaming them makes them even more perfect. The broth inside is so flavorful, and the pork filling is just divine. They're savory, a little gingery, and super comforting. I love them as a snack or even alongside some stir-fried veggies for a light dinner. Seriously, add these to your cart next time!
And speaking of dumplings, the 'Pouches of Many Colors' festive shrimp dumplings are another recent favorite of mine. They're so vibrant and fun! I love that they come in different colors, which makes them feel extra special. The shrimp filling is really fresh and perfectly seasoned. These make for such an easy appetizer when friends come over ā just steam them or pan-fry them for a little crispiness. Dipping them in a little soy sauce with a dash of chili oil? Chef's kiss! They're a fantastic addition to any dim sum night at home.
Moving on to breakfast, I'm obsessed with Trader Joe's Overnight Oats. This week, I grabbed the vanilla, peanut butter, and strawberry flavors. They are such a lifesaver on busy mornings. I just grab one from the fridge, and I have a healthy, filling breakfast ready to go. The vanilla is great on its own, but sometimes I'll swirl in some fresh berries. The peanut butter one is surprisingly rich and satisfying, almost like a dessert. They're so convenient and keep me full until lunch.
And for a quick snack, their yogurt cups are always a good idea. I picked up the Strawberries & Cream and Bananas & Cream flavors. They're creamy, not too sweet, and perfect for curbing that mid-afternoon craving. Sometimes I'll add a sprinkle of granola for extra crunch.
For those comfort food nights, Trader Joe's French Onion Macaroni & Cheese is my go-to. It's so rich and cheesy with that delicious hint of French onion flavor. It seriously tastes gourmet but takes no effort to make. I also saw they have Reduced Guilt Mac & Cheese, which I might try next time if I'm feeling a bit healthier, but for pure indulgence, the French Onion is where it's at!
And you can't leave Trader Joe's without a sweet treat! The Mini Hold the Cone! ice cream cones are perfect for a little indulgence without overdoing it. I love all the flavors, but the chocolate is a classic. And their Lemon Bars are surprisingly good ā tangy and sweet, a perfect dessert for warmer days. I also spotted the Spizzico di Pizza (mini pizzas) which look like they'd be great for a quick snack or kid-friendly dinner, and their Cauliflower Gnocchi is a staple in my freezer for a healthier pasta alternative. Just pan-fry it until it's crispy!
Trader Joe's always surprises me with new and exciting items, but these are definitely some of my all-time favorites and recent discoveries. Happy shopping, everyone!
