人間関係のストレスを感じることは多くの人にとって共通の悩みです。私自身も、無理に「仲良くしなきゃ」と思い込み、気を遣い過ぎて心身ともに疲れて しまった経験があります。そんな時、距離を置くことや返信を返さないという選択が、決して冷たさや無責任さではないと気付いたことが大きな転換点でした。 特にLINEの返信については、「既読スルーは失礼」という考えに縛られていたため、気持ちが沈むことも多かったです。ですが、自分の本音を優先し、返信したい時だけ返すことで逆に気持ちが軽くなりました。これは、自分自身のエネルギーを守るための大切なセルフケアだと実感しています。 また、「なんとなく続いている関係」を棚卸しすることも重要です。私の場合、年に一回、自分に「この人と会った後、どんな気持ちになるのか」を問いかけることで、本当に大切にしたい人が見えてきました。重く感じる関係は少しずつ距離を置き、心地よい縁を大切にすることで、精神的な負担がぐっと減りました。 このように人間関係を自分の心と体の状態に合わせて調整することは、自分を大切にする行為であり、罪悪感を感じる必要はありません。無理にすべての縁を維持するのではなく、心が軽くなる関係を優先することで、毎日をもっと穏やかに過ごせるようになるでしょう。これからも自分にやさしく、無理なく人と付き合うことを心掛けたいですね。
