My favorite winter CrockPot meal 🤍

Pot Roast w/ Veggies:

•chuck roast

•1 small bag baby carrots

•1 small bag yellow or red potatoes

•1 container beef broth

•1 pack onion seasoning

• 1/2 pack au jus seasoning

• drizzle of A1

Put all ingredients in crockpot and set on low for 8 hours

I recommend using waxy or all-purpose potatoes, like Yukon Gold or red potatoes, rather than starchy russets. Waxy potatoes have a firmer texture and won’t disintegrate as easily during slow cooking. Baby carrots work wonderfully too since they cook evenly and add a natural sweetness. The beef broth, onion seasoning, au jus mix, and a drizzle of A1 sauce in the recipe add layers of rich and savory flavors that complement the meat and vegetables perfectly. Cover your slow cooker and set it to low for 8 hours, but if you add vegetables later, keep the lid on to maintain steam.
