Should I Add Vitamin C to my Daily Routine??

To my knowledge Vitamin C mainly helps dull skin. I typically get dull patches on my skin towards the end of winter. This is mostly due to the weather. At least thats the reason I was previously given.

I am honestly not sure if I should wear it daily. I haven't really handled adding these types of serums. I question if ita actually a good idea to use it daily.
