『喜水丸』のうお焼きは、魚好きはもちろん魚が苦手な人にもぜひおすすめしたい新スタイルの食体験です。私も魚の焼肉は初めてでしたが、小骨が抜かれているので安心していろいろな魚にトライできました。 特に印象的だったのはマグロの大トロ。割下で焼くことでお肉のようなジューシーさととろける食感があり、魚でここまでの焼肉感を味わえるのは驚きでした。鮑も注文を受けてから生簀から取り出すフレッシュさで、ぷりぷり食感と凝縮された旨みが格別です。 また、定食の梅酢しゃりや魚骨の出汁を使った汁物はおかわり自由で、特に汁物は身体に染み渡る優しい味わい。魚を焼くのに合わせて薬味7種類が用意されていて、好みや魚種によって味のアレンジが楽しめるのも嬉しいポイントです。 店内は落ち着いたカウンター席のみで、ひとりでも気軽に入れる雰囲気。西鉄天神駅から徒歩2分とアクセスも良好なので、福岡での新しい海鮮グルメ体験にピッタリです。火・水曜が定休日なので訪れる際はご注意を。 ヘルシー志向の方や焼肉好きだけど罪悪感を感じている方にもぴったりの店。次回は友人とシェアして楽しみたいと思います。魚の焼肉『うお焼き』という新ジャンルをぜひ体験してみてください！
