✨ Charlotte was more of my reading buddy this time around, and it appeared my sweet girl liked this book almost as much as Taylor Swifts Red album. Like always, I used both Kindle and Audible to read this book.
✨ I'm not going to lie....Declan was almost too hard for me to get behind character wise. Jason Clarke definitely has a voice that kept me listening though. I really loved Iris and how incredibly strong she was. her mom and nanna were such a strong support system and I loved seeing her character growth throughout the story. Morea also did a wonderful job narrating for Iris, she definitely helped bring Iris to life.
✨ Declan, does redeem himself for me, but mostly in part to a point towards the end of the book I don't want to spoil. He does have a great redemption arc and like Rowan, his character growth was something real and something believable.
✨ One thing I love to see with Lauren Asher is she writes books with a good spice to plot ratio to me. the spicy scenes feel so rewarding and drive the story forward which I enjoy. I already downloaded The Final Offer and I cannot wait to dive into the final book in this series.
