No-Bake Cookies
These peanut butter chocolate cookies go by many names but no matter what you call it, they are delicious and easy to make!
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
3 cups oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a saucepan, add sugar, margarine, milk, cocoa, and salt and bring to a boil for about 1 min.
Add in oats, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Mix well. Be careful to not let it stick/burn.
Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let it cool
Once cool it’s ready to eat!
