10-Minute Baby Phở
Ingredients
• Homemade beef broth
• Dry rice noodles
• Thinly sliced beef (finely chopped)
• Green onions (finely minced)
Instructions
1. Boil Broth: Pour homemade broth into a small pot and bring it to a rolling boil.
2. Add the dry noodles directly into the boiling broth. Cook them for about 5–7 minutes until they are very soft.
3. Stir in the thin beef slices. Ensure there is no pink remaining.
4. Toss in the green onions for the last 30 seconds to soften them and release their flavor.
5. Ladle the pho into a bowl. Use scissors to snip the noodles and beef into tiny bits. Let it cool until warm before feeding the baby.
