My breakfast 🥞

My breakfast yesterday morning! I have incorporated a new self care practice into my routine, which I like to call "Laufey Café", lol. It's where I make a super cute/aesthetic breakfast on Saturday morning, and listen to Laufey and other mellow sounding artists on my Bluetooth radio 😆 I love it so SO much.

This is my Laufey café breakfast from yesterday; chocolate pancakes with ganache syrup and fruit, and a cheese omelette! 😋
