The grilled vegetables were a little different from the impression I saw in the photo.
The taste was delicious, but I think I was happy if it was a little more as shown in the picture.

横浜フロント店のAMANEは、駅近ながら落ち着いた大人の空間で創作和食を楽しめるおすすめスポットです。私も友人と訪れましたが、特に印象的だったのはキウイの生ハム巻きにマスカルポーネ を添えた一品。甘酸っぱいフルーツと塩味の生ハムが絶妙にマッチし、ほかでは味わえない新しい感覚でした。 また、おばんざいの盛り合わせも丁寧に作られていて、ひとつひとつ味わい深いです。蕎麦は見た目はそうめんのようですが、しっかりとしたコシがあり驚きました。手巻き寿司は卵黄の味付けが効いていて、お酒のお供に最適。日本酒は品切れが多かったのでジンを中心に楽しみましたが、おしゃれな照明と内装に囲まれてリラックスした時間を過ごせました。 19時を過ぎるとビジネスマンでにぎわい満席に近づくため、予約がおすすめです。野菜のグリルは写真と少し違っていましたが、味は申し分なく、全体的にクオリティが高いのが魅力。横浜駅周辺で和食ベースのモダンジャパニーズを試してみたい方にぴったりの一軒だと思います。ぜひ足を運んでみてください。
