Ingredients (1 serving):

- 170g (3/4 cup) Oikos Blended Greek Yogurt

- 25g (about 1 scoop) Premier Protein Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder

- 6g Jell-O instant Reduced Calorie Pudding and Pie filling, Cheesecake

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl or food storage container (for meal prep).

2. Store in the refrigerator at least overnight for prep or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes minimum to eat that day!

3. Serve on toast or add your favorite toppings! I topped mine with Good and Gather Maple Almond Butter Granola and a sliced banana!

4. Multiple the recipe by the desired number of servings to meal prep for multiple days! Keep stored in the refrigerator until ready to eat as an easy high protein snack, breakfast, or dessert!
