It starts early with a brief walk, which does wonders for mental clarity and getting steps in before a busy computer day. Managing messages and clearing my inbox is essential to stay on top of client needs and coaching responsibilities. Training my in-person clients is a core part of my day, but equally important is the time spent on client care, planning, and development. After sessions, I often reflect on recent trips or coaching strategies, sometimes discussing ads and marketing to better support our fitness community. Nutrition plays a vital role, so I prioritize making balanced meals and taking my dog, Milo, for walks to refresh my mind. This holistic approach helps me stay energized and exemplify the hard work I expect from my clients. Training my own body alongside them builds trust and motivation, reinforcing that coaching goes beyond the gym — it’s about leading by example and continuous learning. This blend of fitness training, administrative duties, and community support highlights how dynamic coaching careers can be. It also reminds aspiring coaches that success in this field requires passion, adaptability, and genuine connection with clients.
