the exact steps I'd take: • do a calibration week of tracking all calories and tracking weight daily. if weight goes up, I need a calorie deficit of ~600 or so from week's average. if weight maintains, -400. if weight goes down 1-2 Ibs, keep calories the same! • track steps and average out (tota
