Even though you’re having a rest day you should still move your body! If you don’t feel like going for a walk or run there’s many things you can do besides that! I listed some of my fav rest day activities to do during the weeks. Not only does it keep my house in order but allows me to move around on my rest day instead of laying around and being lazy.
