Don’t Look Dumb with Pull-ups

Kipping 🤡 aka cheating pull-ups

You cannot be swinging around looking like a stupid idiot (sorry not sorry try crossfitters) and expect a strong quality back or pull up.

You look like you are humping and you’re not really getting that great of a workout

If you do pull ups with a straight body, that also makes a very challenging, but that is much more respectable.

To optimize your pull up and your back, do an active by breaking the bar and bringing your shoulders down and back.

You engage upper back much more effectively and you don’t look as stupid.
