One of many witchcraft books I’m currently reading to advance my spiritual journey.

Another Blogilates inspired challenge. I’m starting today. A journey to splits. I’ve never been able to do the splits!! The rules are simple. On days 1-5 you do all 5 of the first moves. On day 6 you’ll do moves 1-6. Day 7 you’ll do moves 1-7 and so on until day 30 where you’ll do moves 1-30. #s
