Spring Recipe

This will forever be my favourite spring asparagus recipe. I’ve substituted cheese sauce for Hollandaise but when I was a kid, Mom melted Cheez Whiz for the too! Boiled eggs on toast with steamed asparagus and the yumminess on top! Enjoy!

1.c whipped cottage cheese 1 c. flour 2 tsp. Baking powder Shape, (they’ll be mucky!) Place on parchment/cookie sheet. Egg wash, add bagel seasoning. 375 for 20-25 minutes. Delish!! 150 calories #Recipe #bagels🥯 #eathealthy
