I tend to stick to this routine but there are definitely days where I feel like switching it up so I don’t get bored. on days where I just really don’t feel like touching a weight, i’ll do a peloton ride or go on a run
my current goal is to lose the baby weight and get my pre baby body back (pic is pre baby), I love what my body did by creating, and now sustaining, life. but I can definitely be happy with and appreciate what my body did for me, while also trying to improve myself
