🛠️ Deload & Recharge: Upper Body Day 🛠️

Smart training is all about knowing when to push and when to recover! Today was an essential Deload Upper Body session. We're prioritizing quality movement, dialing back the intensity, and recharging the nervous system.

The main work was 6 sets of bench press at 100\text{lbs}—keeping the bar speed high and the body fresh.

The accessories were all about hitting those stabilizers, triceps, lats, and grip:

• Close Grip Incline Bench Press

• Kneeling 1-Arm Pull

• Chest Supported Rear Delt Raises 1 min

• Dimmel Deadlift

• Pinch Grip Holds
