Rest isn’t lazy. I’m learning that.

It’s taken me a minute to realize rest isn’t something I have to “earn.” I used to feel guilty anytime I wasn’t doing something productive, like I was being lazy. But lately I’m learning that rest is necessary, not a reward. Anyone else still working on this too? #lemon8contest #AskLemon8
