Night walk with me

Yes I have been trying to do my walking over 10k steps and this time I went to the gallop extension at Singapore’s Botanic Gardens.

So surprisingly quite at night, was there at 7pm but no single soul around 😅

Also I shall return with beautiful dress because the area is a perfect place for photography.

Who wanna join me?

... Read moreWalking over 10,000 steps in the evening at the Gallop Extension of Singapore Botanic Gardens offers a unique experience away from the usual daytime crowds. I’ve found that the peaceful atmosphere around 7pm is incredibly refreshing, providing a rare moment of solitude in the heart of the city. The calmness here at night makes it an ideal spot for both fitness and mindfulness. In my experience, the Gallop Extension's well-maintained paths are suitable for long walks and offer an opportunity to enjoy Singapore’s natural greenery under the soft glow of street lamps. The absence of crowds around this time means you can really appreciate the sounds of nature and the gentle rustle of leaves. Moreover, this area is a hidden gem for night photography enthusiasts. Soft lighting and lush surroundings create a perfect backdrop for capturing artistic shots, especially if you dress up in a beautiful outfit, as I plan to do next time. Whether you’re looking to improve your step count or just escape the hustle, walking here feels revitalizing. If you enjoy solitude and nature combined with gentle exercise, I highly recommend trying a night walk at the Gallop Extension. It’s quiet, safe, and offers a refreshing alternative to the usual nighttime city activities.

A routine changed me more than discipline did
For a long time, I believed the solution lay in being harder on myself. Wake up earlier. Just grit your teeth and push through. Stop slacking off. Stop making excuses. Yet, whenever I tried to build a daily routine based on this mindset, I could usually only manage to sustain it for about a w
