I Applied 6 job but Non of them didn't accept

... Read moreI’ve been through the tough experience of applying to multiple jobs and facing rejection every time, despite the job postings mentioning "training provided." It left me wondering if something was wrong with my application or if the market is just that competitive. From what I discovered, one key factor is how employers assess candidates beyond just qualifications. Even if training is offered, they often look for candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm, relevant skills, and good communication right from the start. This means tailoring your resume and cover letter specifically to each job and showing how you can contribute. Another thing I noticed is that sometimes automated screening systems filter out applications that don’t match keywords or job criteria closely, so it pays to use the right keywords from the job description. Lastly, the interview process itself can be a hurdle if you get that far; showing confidence and preparing for common questions makes a big difference. If you’re feeling discouraged like I was, try to keep learning from each experience and keep improving your application materials. It’s a process that many go through, and persistence can eventually pay off.

My notice ending soon, yet I’ve not scored any interviews nor replies. The job market is that bad. I’m getting emotional and anxious nowadays. However, looking at my own resume and past experiences, I just wish it could have been more defined. Looking at how scattered my skills are right now, it

I’ve graduated from Poly in May of this year and have been actively applying for University regardless of my low gpa point of 3.13 because I believed in some sort of luck that could get me into University with this low ass point. Before knowing my result, I have been actively grinding for jobs as y
