Directions:
Season to your liking. It’s usually perfect with salt n pepper only but add whatever you like.
Infused your butter with garlic, onions, etc.
Turn oven on 400.
Cook for 25 minutes. Don’t touch.
High heat on skillet for 5 min each.
Stand it up grill the sides 2 m each.
Remove from heat.
Let it sit for 10 mins so the juice of the steak can go where it needs to.
