What I eat in a day - high protein and vegan
Leaning heavily into the summer produce this day 😂 I usually aim for anywhere between 75 - 100g of protein a day! I would aim higher, but I really live an only slightly active lifestyle. I’m on my feet all day at work and try to go for a walk everyday if I can. I aim for about 8,000-10,000 steps
