Your not greedy if you want to eat well trying to lose weight that’s what I tell myself all the time because I tend to hide and cry into my knees because I feel so gross and greedy for eating food when I’m hungry, I feel like I didn’t deserve to eat if the numbers on that scale didn’t change I’m

It’s still a work in progress but I see the difference in my weight, have to be patient and positive about it, your goal will come true if you believe in yourself and have the best support system by your side
