During my recent trip to Costco, I picked up a variety of snacks that are perfect for fall! The Pumpkin Pie, known for its rich flavor and comforting spices, is a seasonal favorite that is hard to resist. Besides dessert, I grabbed some Liquid IV Hydration Mix in flavors like Firecracker Cherry and Lemon Lime, designed to keep you refreshed and hydrated. Additionally, I couldn't miss out on the Kirkland Toffee Cashews, which offer a delightful combination of sweet and salty flavors — a perfect snack to share! I also found the Made Good Granola Minis in Chocolate Chip and Mixed Berry, ideal for on-the-go snacking, making them a convenient choice for those busy days. If you're looking for tasty and satisfying fall treats, Costco has got you covered!

Costco haul that helped me lose 100lbs in 10months

I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
