Sugar cookie Bundt cake
- RECIPE:
- 1 box @Duncan Hines French vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup @Pillsbury all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup @Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 1 tsp @McCormick Spices almond extract
- 1 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 & 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract or bean paste
1. Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add in one egg at a time and scrape the bowl each time.
3. Add in your sour cream and vanilla mixed until well combined.
4. Add in your dry ingredients Cake mix,AP flour,Sugar Cookie Mix,Sugar,Salt.
5. Mix until smooth and add as many rainbow sprinkles as you'd like. Grease your Bundt cake pan with baking spray or butter , and add your cake batter. Bake on 350 degrees for an hour, checking at the 1 hour mark if it's finished. If not, leave in for another 10-15 minutes. Let your cake cool completely before flipping it into a wired rack.
CRUMBLE:
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 3-4 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
1. Using a fork mix until it forms a crumble and then lay onto a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes on 350 degrees.
2. Let cool completely before crumbling
and putting in the fridge to set.
WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 8oz block @Philly Cream Cheese cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 almond extract
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 melted white chocolate
1. Cream together cream cheese,butter,white chocolate 🍫 until smooth.
2. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time
blend until smooth.
3. Add your vanilla extract and almond extract, heavy cream and blend until smooth.
4. Then add your frosting over your cooled cake along with your crumble & extra rainbow sprinkles on top & enjoy!
