Choc Banana Bundt Cake 🍫🍌
My freezer was nearly overflowing with old bananas so I decided to whip up a quick Bundt cake! This recipe worked out because I was able to use up things I had on hand. 🤎💛
Recipe is listed throughout the pics but my pro tips are
- cover the cake with foil for the last 20 min
- use a tester to make sure the cake is finished in the middle (mine ended up a bit too soft on the bottom once flipped)
- choc chunks and nuts are optional but delicious, and chop them really fine
- choc glaze is also optional but pairs so well with the cake
- store it in the fridge and serve chilled or reheated! I think it would be good with a spread of cream cheese or peanut butter
