หลายคนที่เสิร์ชคำว่า FChFP มักอยากรู้ 2 อย่างพร้อมกันเลย คือ “FChFP คืออะไร” และ “กว่าจะได้ใบประกาศต้องทำอะไรบ้าง” เลยขอแชร์มุมที่เราเจอจริงแบบสรุปให้เข้าใจง่าย เผื่อใครกำลังตัดสินใจจะเริ่มเส้นทางนี้ค่ะ FChFP ย่อมาจาก Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner เป็นคุณวุฒิด้านการวางแผนการเงินที่ใช้ยืนยันความรู้/ทักษะการให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงินแบบรอบด้าน (โดยเฉพาะในสายงานที่ต้องคุยกับลูกค้าเรื่องเป้าหมายการเงิน การบริหารความเสี่ยง และแผนระยะยาว) ในงานพิธีรับใบประกาศที่เราไปรับ จะมีบรรยากาศคล้ายงานรับวุฒิเลย มีฉากโลโก้ FChFP / THAIFA / APFinSA และป้ายแสดงความยินดี ทำให้รู้สึกว่า “สิ่งที่เหนื่อยมา” มันเป็นหมุดหมายที่จับต้องได้จริงๆ เส้นทางที่เราใช้คือ เริ่มจาก AChFP ก่อน แล้วต่อด้วย FChFP โดยแต่ละช่วงจะเป็นการเรียนแบบเข้มข้น และต้องสอบให้ผ่าน จุดที่หลายคนกังวล (และเรากังวลจริง) คือการสอบของ FChFP ที่จะหนักกว่าเดิม เพราะเป็นข้อสอบแบบข้อเขียน ต้องแข่งกับเวลา และต้องใช้สูตร/การคำนวณทางการเงินร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์เคส ไม่ใช่แค่ท่องจำอย่างเดียว สิ่งที่เราแนะนำจากประสบการณ์ตัวเอง ถ้ากำลังเตรียมสอบ FChFP: 1) วางตารางอ่านแบบ “สั้นแต่ทุกวัน” ดีกว่าอ่านยาวๆ แล้วเว้นหลายวัน เพราะเนื้อหาค่อนข้างเชื่อมกัน 2) ฝึกทำโจทย์จับเวลา โดยเฉพาะโจทย์ที่ต้องใช้สูตรทางการเงินและอธิบายเหตุผล เพราะวันสอบจริงเวลาจะกดดันมาก 3) ทำสรุปเป็นชีต 1-2 หน้า แยกเป็นหัวข้อใหญ่ๆ (แนวคิด/สูตร/ขั้นตอนวิเคราะห์) จะช่วยทบทวนก่อนสอบได้เร็ว 4) ซ้อมเล่าเคสเหมือนคุยกับลูกค้า เพราะสุดท้าย FChFP เน้น “การให้คำปรึกษาแบบมืออาชีพ” ไม่ใช่แค่ตอบถูก พอได้มารับใบประกาศจริงๆ เรารู้สึกว่ามันไม่ได้เป็นแค่กระดาษใบนึง แต่เป็นหลักฐานของการพัฒนาตัวเอง และทำให้เรามั่นใจขึ้นเวลาต้องวิเคราะห์โจทย์การเงินให้ลูกค้า เช่น วางเป้าหมาย แผนคุ้มครอง หรือการจัดสรรเงินให้คุ้มค่าที่สุด ถ้าใครกำลังเริ่มสนใจ FChFP แนะนำให้เริ่มจากทำความเข้าใจภาพรวมว่าเราอยากพัฒนาตัวเองด้านไหนของการวางแผนการเงิน แล้วค่อยล็อกเป้าหมายเรื่อง “อ่าน-ฝึกโจทย์-สอบ” เป็นช่วงๆ จะไปได้ไกลและไม่หลุดโฟกัสง่ายค่ะ
