การเริ่มต้นชีวิตในมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นช่วงเวลาที่เต็มไปด้วยความท้าทายและการเรียนรู้ใหม่ ๆ ที่ไม่มีใครบอกล่วงหน้าอย่างชัดเจน สำหรับผมแล้ว การเข้าเรียนในมหาลัยไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่การเรียนรู้วิชาการเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการเรียนรู้ที่จะรับมือกับความรู้สึกเหนื่อยล้า ความเหงา และความกดดันด้วย หลายครั้งที่ผมรู้สึกว่าการหาเพื่อนใหม่มันยากกว่าที่คิด เพราะต้องเปิดใจและพยายามสร้างความสัมพันธ์ในสภาพแวดล้อมใหม่ที่ไม่คุ้นเคย บางครั้งก็รู้สึกโดดเดี่ยวกลางกลุ่มคนจำนวนมาก อีกทั้งงานกลุ่มที่ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่ความสามารถ แต่ต้องพึ่งพาโชคชะตาและความเข้ากันของสมาชิกในทีมด้วย ความอิสระในมหาวิทยาลัยมาพร้อมกับความรับผิดชอบที่มากขึ้น ต้องตัดสินใจหลายอย่างด้วยตัวเอง และบางคนอาจจะยังไม่พร้อมด้วยซ้ำ การดูแลใจตัวเองให้ดีเท่ากับการใส่ใจเรื่องเกรด เพราะถ้าหากจิตใจเราไม่พร้อมก็ยากที่จะเรียนรู้และพัฒนาไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผมยังจำได้ดีว่าช่วงเวลาที่เหนื่อยสุด ๆ นั้น มักจะเป็นช่วงที่คิดถึงบ้านมากที่สุด บางครั้งแค่การอยู่ให้ครบวันก็เป็นความสำเร็จที่น่าภาคภูมิใจแล้ว สังคมในมหาวิทยาลัยเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา ความสัมพันธ์บางอย่างค่อย ๆ หายไป และเราเองก็เริ่มเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับผู้อื่นบ่อยขึ้น แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือการรู้จักรักและยอมรับตัวเองในทุกสถานการณ์ สุดท้ายแล้ว การเรียนรู้และเติบโตในมหาวิทยาลัยไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย แต่ทุกปัญหา ความเหนื่อย และความสับสน จะกลายเป็นบทเรียนที่ทำให้เราเข้มแข็งขึ้นได้ ขอเพียงไม่เร่งรีบ และให้เวลากับตัวเองในการปรับตัว เพราะเราทุกคนต่างเคยผ่านช่วงเวลาแบบนี้มาด้วยกัน
