At the beginning of practice, the practitioner often understands that "there will be happiness, peace, cold," but in fact, there are many forms of "suffering," which is an important process to train the mind to be stronger and more awake. Below are 30 forms of suffering that the practitioner may encounter.
💠 Physically distressed.
