Don’t care if they talk bad
N
Dealing with negative talk can be challenging, but over time, I've learned that the key is not to let others' opinions define my self-worth. One tool that helped me craft empowering videos was CapCut, a user-friendly editing app that allowed me to express my feelings creatively and confidently. Whenever I felt down because of criticism, I turned to creating content that reflected my true self, which not only served as a personal outlet but also connected me with a supportive community. Another helpful approach was to remind myself that people often project their insecurities when speaking badly. Developing this understanding helped me detach emotionally from negative comments and focus on constructive feedback instead. I also found it beneficial to surround myself with positive influences—friends, role models, and communities that reinforce my value. Focusing on self-care and mindfulness practices, like journaling or meditation, further strengthened my resilience. These habits helped me stay grounded and appreciate my own growth journey. By embracing these strategies, I encourage others to prioritize their mental well-being and confidently move forward without the burden of negativity.
